Student tuition covers 23% of the total cost of the services and programs we provide to the students in the self-contained classroom and resource room programs at LSSES. Many students are unable to cover the cost of their tuition, and therefore require additional assistance.
Because of the low student to teacher ratio the actual per pupil cost to educate one of our students is over $8,000, which leaves a per student deficit of about $5,000.
You may sponsor a student for $8,000 (cost of educating a student) or $4,000 (50% of tuition cost). Or, you can help offset tuition by putting aside $12.00 for 12 months/$144 annually or $1.00 a day/$356.00 annually or $10.00 a week/$520.00 annually.
